Jack Volkers

Jack is a passionate solicitor who appears on a daily basis before the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts on a variety of criminal and traffic matters.

Jack graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours). He spent his first 18 months post-graduation working in house for a publicly listed company, with a focus on contract and property law, before transitioning into criminal law. 

Jack joined the Russo Lawyers team as Law Clerk and, under the tutelage of the experienced solicitors at Russo Lawyers, quickly acquired the knowledge and skills required to be a successful criminal defence solicitor.  He was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland. 

He has always had a desire to work in criminal law and is keen to apply the knowledge and skills acquired under the guidance of the Russo Lawyers team to ensure every client of our firm experiences a fair go before the Queensland courts
