Jessica previously worked at a boutique suburban law firm specialising in criminal, family and domestic violence matters. Jessica holds both a Bachelor of Business (Public Relations) as well as a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
Jessica has a keen interest in social justice and has represented clients in a range of matters including serious charges of robbery, sexual offences, serious drug offences and offences of a violent nature. Jessica has also represented clients successfully in family law matters including parenting, property and divorce applications.
Jessica has a reputation for open communication with her clients and is efficient and organised. The manner with which she approaches and handles her matters at the Magistrate, District, Supreme Federal Circuit and Family Court levels, sees clients return to seek out her assistance in their matters.
Jessica was appointed a board member of the Working Against Violence Support Services (WAVSS) in early 2017. WAVSS is the Regional Domestic and Family Violence Service for Logan and the Redlands which provides information, support and counselling for people, predominantly women and children, experiencing domestic and family violence.
